A deposit of 150,00 Euro to be left at the time of receiving the key, will be returned at the end of your stay before departure.

Upon confirmation of availability of booking it is necessary to remit within 7 days a down payment of 30% of rental ; total payment must be made at the moment of receiving the key.
The minimum rental period is generally for one week, from Saturday to Saturday. In particular cases the landlord reserves the right to accept diverse periods.
Arrival time on Saturdays is between 5.00pm and 8.00pm. Departure time on Saturdays is between 8.00am and 10.00am. Difference of time or date of arrivals must be communicated to, and approved by the proprietor, with at least three days notice.
Substitution of persons during the rental period is not permitted if not previously agreed with the proprietor.
Children under two years are not considered to occupy beds, as long as the holiday maker brings the bedding and the cot, or have previously booked a child's.
